主要从事微生物学挖掘及医学检测的相关研究。研究具体包括。(1)肠道菌群组学分析(1)细菌分离培养及功能鉴定;(3)医学检测及生物医学传感开发;尤其是在病原生物学和免疫分子检测中的应用研究。
目前共发表相关SCI论文17篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Advanced Materials(IF:25.809)、Analytical Chemistry(IF 6.35)和Sensors And Actuators B-Chemical(IF 6.393)等发表论文8篇,其中含中科院一区论文4篇;最高影响因子30.85,累加影响因子62.6分。申请发明专利5项,授权发明专利1项
